Identification of Anoikis-related Diagnostic Markers in Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension

Anoikis-related diagnostic markers in chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension were analyzed. The pathogenesis of Anoikis has not been clearly studied in CTEPH, and clinical diagnostic markers related to Anoikis are lacking. Therefore, in this study, diagnostic markers related to Anoikis were studied using R based on GEO database and verified by transcriptomics. This study provides new findings for basic research and new diagnostic indicators for clinical diagnosis.

本研究针对慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压（chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension, CTEPH）中与失巢凋亡（Anoikis）相关的诊断标志物展开分析。目前在慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压领域，失巢凋亡的发病机制尚未得到明确阐释，且相关临床诊断标志物仍较为匮乏。为此，本研究依托GEO数据库，借助R语言筛选与失巢凋亡相关的诊断标志物，并通过转录组学技术对其进行验证。本研究可为基础研究提供新的研究成果，同时为临床诊断提供全新的候选指标。
