RNA-seq of EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer cells

To characterize the transcriptional response of EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells to the third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor, osimertinib, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on PC-9 cells treated with osimertinib versus DMSO control.
