AOTF SPR spectroscopy experimental data

The obtained experimental data is a set of images from the camera (.png) and their corresponding numpy image data (.npy) arrays and spectrum data (.dat) files, and angular scale calibration points (.jpg). The object of the study was a thin film of silver (Ag) with a thickness of 55 nm. At first, a set of silver-coated prisms was made, and in a second step, each prism in a separate process was coated with a thin layer of silicon dioxide with corresponding thicknesses: 13 nm, 17 nm, and 30 nm. Using the PC, we sequentially tune the AOTF starting at a wavelength of approximately 480 nm ending at approximately 780 nm. The camera shoots at 5 exposures (1/1000=0.1 ms, 1/2000=0.5 ms, 1/500=2 ms, 1/200=5 ms, 1/50=20 ms) to achieve a high dynamic range.
