2016 SoE Land Extent of modification of major vegetation groups, as assessed by VAST

Data showing the extent of modification of major vegetation groups (as assessed by Vegetation, Assets, States & Transitions (VAST)). Data includes the extent of major vegetation groups (in million hectares) prior to 1750; and the extent of modification these groups have undergone, since 1750.\r\n\r\nAnalysed data was prepared by the Australian Government Department of Environment and Energy using NVIS 4.1 & data from ABARES (Vegetation Assets, States and Transitions dataset).
