The data set "739_sc_counts.csv" contains full-quantile normalised gene expression data of selected 739 CD4+ T cells from blood sample of 4 Celiac disease patients. CD4+ T cells were sorted by HLA-DQ-gluten tetramers carrying four immunodominant gluten epitopes, denoted as "Tet+T" in column "specificity" in meta data (739_sc_metadata.csv). All single cell libraries were constructed following SmartSeq2 and sequenced on Illumina NextSeq 500.<br>
