Structural models of ProPEc in inward-facing and outward-facing conformations

This deposit contains relevant data to supplement the study titled as "Structural determinants and functional significance of dimerization for osmosensing transporter ProP in <em>Escherichia coli</em>" to be published by Ozturk et al. (2022). ProPEc_XylEEc_all_alignments.rtf is the list of pairwise alignments of <em>E.coli</em> ProP and XylE generated by different alignment tools propec-inward-facing-homology-model-based-on-4qiq.pdb is the inward-facing structural model of ProP<em>Ec</em>. propec-outward-facing-homology-model-based-on-4gc0.pdb is the outward-facing structural model of ProP<em>Ec</em>.
