The soil microbial status of Tamarix chinensis cultivation in soils with different salinity levels in the Yellow River Delta Area.

This study focuses on the cultivation of Tamarix chinensis in soils with varying salinity levels (high, medium, and low) in the Yellow River Delta region. Soil samples, both from the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere, were collected for microbiological analysis. High-throughput sequencing was employed to determine the bacterial community composition of the soils. The data aims to provide insights into the microbial dynamics associated with Tamarix chinensis cultivation under different salinity conditions, contributing to the understanding of plant-soil-microbe interactions in saline-alkali environments.
