Kinetic properties in vitro of the enzymes involved in Ins biosynthesis in O. mossambicus.

Initial rates with different substrate concentrations were measured In vitro, and kinetic properties (KM, Vmax and kcat) were determined by non-linear regression analysis using GraphPad 5 software. Values for three separate experiments are shown (units: KM, mM ± SE; Vmax, nmol sec-1 ± SE; kcat, sec-1 ± SE; kcat/KM, sec-1·mM-1 ± SE).
