In vitro transcriptome of scab pathogens. Venturia

Venturia inaequalis, Venturia pirina and Venturis asperata are pathogenic on Rosaceae plants, causing major damages in apple and pear orchards. RNAseq was performed for these three species grown on diverse complex and defined media.
