Supporting Tables S5–S7 for: Quantitative and Major-Gene Disease Resistance Loci in Wheat: A Structured Evidence Synthesis of Mapping, Validation and Cloning (release 2026-10-29)

Supporting tables for the structured evidence synthesis of mapped, validated and cloned wheat disease-resistance loci (manuscript agronomy-4577298, MDPI Agronomy, accepted 27 October 2026). Release 2026-10-29 (correction). Supersedes release 2026-10-26. The Table S5 and S7 rows for Liu_2018_Madsen have been corrected: the earlier rows described an eyespot (Pch1) study that is not in the evidence base; the included study is Liu et al. (2018) Theor. Appl. Genet. 131:1835-1849 (stripe rust, Avocet S x Madsen, 156 RILs; QTL on 1AS, 1BS, 2AS = Yr17, 3BS and 6BS = Yr78), as cited and classified in the manuscript. No other row changed and no count quoted in the manuscript changes. Details in the README sheet. One workbook with four sheets: README (sheet descriptions, basis note and change log); Table S5, locus-level extraction table, one row per study (39 studies: the original structured extraction); Table S6, risk-of-bias ratings by domain (selection, confounding, measurement, reporting; Low / Some concerns / High) for all 44 included studies, the five studies added after the original appraisal (Shewabez et al. 2022; Delfan et al. 2023; Zhou et al. 2022; Kokhmetova et al. 2023; Patial et al. 2024) having been rated during the October 2026 revision using the same domains and criteria; Table S7, validation-status and design coding derived from the Table S5 validation column (39 studies), with the coding note and original extraction cell beside every code. The Supporting Information document (S1-S4, unchanged) describes the internal protocol as used, study provenance, search queries and screening procedure. Physical positions are as reported by each source study in the assembly it used (IWGSC RefSeq v1.0 unless stated); no lift-over was performed. Release naming carries the date and study count per table, as stated in the manuscript's Data Availability Statement; a subsequent release will follow when the extraction and validation tables (S5, S7) reach the 44-study basis.
