The present study investigated the transcriptomic response of porcine dendritic cells (DC) tocharacterize the DC activation profile during high and low virulent classical swine fever virus (CSFV) infection. DC were isolated from lymph node tissue 42h post infection, sorted in to cDC1, cDC2 and pDC as well as monocytes and analyzed using mRNA sequencing.
