Examination of 3 different methylation seqeuncing in microglia from WT and Presenilin 2 N141I mutation mouse

We performed whole-genome DNA methylation sequencing of primary mouse microglia from WT and Presenilin 2 N141I mutation mouse. For differentially mehtylation region (DMR) analysis, bisulphite-converted DNA was purified and used to prepare a sequencing library using the EpiGnome Methyl-Seq kit (Epicentre). We analyzed methylation ratio of CpG in WT and Presenilin 2 N141I mutated microglia.
