Replication Data for MD simulations in: "Cryptochrome 4b protein is likely irrelevant for the radical pair based magnetoreception in the European robin"

MD simulation data of ErCry4a and ErCry4b with and without the FAD ligand. The data includes the whole workflow from system preparation to analysis. For trajectories, only one frame per 2ns was included. Some intermediate files that were generated during the analysis were delete, which is indicated in the respective folder.
