Raw data is sourced from a secondary data provider with monthly refreshes and processed for generating the DEI KPIs. The data undergoes validation by our team of expert analysts to identify outliers and undergoes quality check assurance before final approval by the team. The combination of human and machine quality control delivers a high level of confidence in the accuracy of the data.
Labour force participation and Gender Pay Gap metrics are available for 15 different geographies like North America, and Southern Asia. The same is also available across 7 employee groups like Admin, and Sales and across 7 seniority levels like Entry level, and Junior.
GIST Impact valuations use the Drivers-Outcomes-Impacts approach, and DEI metrics primarily contribute to the Outcome Data. The DEI outcome data is crucial for peer analysis and regulatory compliance.
