The PoSTWITA dataset collects 6,738 tweets annotated with part of speech tags. The dataset has been used in the context of the PoSTWITA task (http://corpora.ficlit.unibo.it/PoSTWITA), organized as part of the EVALITA 2016 evaluation campaign (http://www.evalita.it/2016). The data are provided as plain text files in UNIX format and divided into development and test set (respectively, 6,438 and 300 tweets).
