Dataset underlying the research: Dynamics of early gut microbiome during the first month of life in healthy neonates

Stool samples were collected from 28 healthy neonates at three time points: the first-pass meconium, and at 7 and 28 days of age. Illumina sequencing of the V3-V4 region of 16S rRNA was used to investigate gut microbiota profiles.
