Secretome of Human Podocyte Stimulated with Growth Hormone

The data were obtained to understand the effect of GH on podocytes (protein levels) using modern biology tools, such as Liquid chromatography and Mass spectrometry with electron spray ionization (LC-MS/MS ESI) techniques. This data article provides supporting evidence to the original research article “Growth hormone induces transforming growth factor-β1 in podocytes: Implications in podocytopathy and proteinuria”. Therefore, these data may be referred to better understand and interpret the associated original article and can be a valuable resource for future studies of podocyte proteome.
