Complete genome sequence of high-level penicillin resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae using Oxford Nanopore and Illumina sequencing

This study is to seek for the new relevant antimicrobial resistance determinants with beta-lactam antibiotics, elucidate the genetic determinants associated with other antimicrobial resistance, epidemiology and plasmid as well as provide the first complete genome sequence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae from Thailand
