MusiJ: example of results

The zip file contains an image stack of 50 frames and its reconstructions using MUSICAL and SRRF. The sample corresponds to cardiomyoblast with labelled mitochondria. The relevant parameters are in the text file provided in the file. The stack was provided by Ida Opstad@UiT and it's referenced in our paper "MusiJ: an ImageJ plugin for video nanoscopy".
