Non-small cell lung cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer worldwide and a leading cause of death.Ribosomal protein has ribosomal external functions.It has been reported that ribosomal protein RPL22 is not involved in protein synthesis and embryonic development,which suggests the it has a more prominent regulatory role.Previous studies have found that RPL22 expression is low in NSCLC tissues, and it can inhibit the phosphorylation of CK2a downstream substrates in vitro, which further confirms its signal transduction regulation ability.To evaluate the anti-lung cancer effect of RPL22 in vivo and in vitro, and to explore the possible pathway in the anti-lung cancer mechanism of RPL22.
