Project contains the full dataset used to investigate inbreeding depression-by-environment interactions in red deer on the Isle of Rum, in birth weight (Capture weight) and juvenile survival.Code used to create this dataframe and models run using this dataframe can be found here.
'Sex' is coded as Females = 1, Males =2.'AgeHrs' is the estimated age of the individual when captured.'CaptureWt' is the measured weight of the individual when caught.'BirthWt' (used only in the juvenile survival model) is the estimated weight of the individual at birth given the relationship between capture weight and age.'N' and 'E' are the average northing and easting respectivly of the mother during the first year of the calf's life.'Reg' is the assigned region the calf was born given the northing and easting.'FROH' and 'mumFROH' is the runs of homozygosity based inbreeding coefficient for the focal individual and the mother respectivly.'Day_seq' is the day of the year the calf was born starting on the 30th of April.
