Global blind spots in open-archive river water-quality monitoring v0.1_cov

Description (paste-ready) This deposit provides a full reproducibility bundle (v0.1_cov) for a basin-scale assessment of global river water-quality monitoring visibility gaps and gap-aware prioritization during 2010–2020, using HydroBASINS Level 6 (n = 16,397) as the common spatial backbone. The archive contains (i) the complete analysis code (Python/Bash/SLURM), (ii) processed intermediate tables and sensitivity-analysis outputs, (iii) figure-ready outputs (PNG/SVG/PDF), and (iv) metadata for reproducibility (git commit information and SHA256 manifests).
