We assessed the transcriptome within lumbar spinal cord tissue of wild-type Lewis rats and attractin-mutant rats (LEWzizi; LEW.SD-Atrn zi/zi). Overall design: The study bases on lumbar spinal cord tissue of 4-months-old rats. We included 5 samples derived from wild-type Lewis rats and 5 samples derived from LEWzizi (LEW.SD-Atrn zi/zi) rats. Rats have been intracardially perfused with PBS prior to tissue harvest.
