Examples of Critical Periods

Three biological data sets linked to their daily mean temperature data. These data are intended to be used by Rcriticor package (R core development team 2018) or by any suitable other method to find the most influential climatic period before the recorded event (critical periods). The biological events are of three types : outbreaks in the poaceae aphid Sitobion avenae F, Induction of sexual morphs in the Damson-Hope aphid Rhopalosiphum padi F., phenology in the European Gorse, Ulex europaeus, L.三套与日均温度数据关联的生物数据集。本数据集可通过Rcriticor包（R核心开发团队，2018年）或其他适配的分析方法，用于探究记录事件发生前影响力最强的气候时段（关键时段，critical periods）。所涵盖的生物事件共分为三类：禾本科（Poaceae）蚜虫麦长管蚜（Sitobion avenae F）的种群爆发、禾谷缢管蚜（Rhopalosiphum padi F，俗称洋李蚜（Damson-Hope aphid））的有性型诱导，以及欧洲荆豆（Ulex europaeus L.）的物候特征。
