This series consists of meeting papers and minutes of meetings of the TransGrid Board and its committees including the Audit and Risk Committee, the Remuneration and Structure Committee, the Health and Safety Committee and the Regulatory Committee.The Board met monthly, with the exception of January. The Board papers include agendas, papers, presentations, reports, minutes and committee reports. The committees met at least quarterly.Board meetings were usually assigned a sequential number and each agenda item was numbered. Papers relating to an agenda item were numbered accordingly.The records are arranged in files in chronological order. Each file has a sequential number prefaced by the year it was registered. This identifier was assigned by the agency's records management system.
