In order to gain insights into gut immunocompetence and its variation in a population, we performed RNA-sequencing of whole guts of 38 Drosophila Genetic Reference Panel strains. Overall design: 76 gut samples profiled from 38 DGRP strains under two conditions: control and infected with Pseudomonas entomophila.
