Effect of depletion of AURKB on gene expression in colorectal cancer

We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of RKO shAURKB and RKO-shNC cells. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for RKO-shAURKB and RKO-shNC cells. Overall design: RKO cells were infected with lentiviruses expressing shRNA targeting AURKB or control and cultured for 24 h. Total RNAs from three biological replicates were extracted for sequencing analysis.
