Hydrography includes, as in the subject matter INSPIRE of the same name, the linear hydrographic network, water bodies, both natural and artificial and water points of interest.It is recommended that the linear hydrographic network be complete, continuous and connected. To do this, it is enough to add fictitious connecting sections for the objects that make up the network, that is, the so-called river axes, to ensure the continuity of the watercourses. (See paragraph 2.3.3 of the Preamble of the Phenomena Dictionary).
