This dataset contains the supporting materials used in the metaresearch study “The Fractured Pillar of Scientific Evaluation: A Research Integrity Case Study.” The study evaluates methodological alignment, analytical scope, and rhetorical framing in two published analyses of nucleic acid content in mRNA COVID‑19 vaccines (Fleming et al., 2024; Achs et al., 2025). Because the research is based entirely on publicly available publications, no experimental or numerical data were generated. However, in accordance with open‑science and reproducibility standards, this dataset provides the structured materials used to conduct the comparative analysis.
