Intra and inter-group behavioral syncrhonization in Owl Monkeys (<i>Aotus azarae</i>) in the Argentine Chaco

This repository contains the R script and data used from a study on behavioral syncrhonization in a wild population of Owl Monkeys (<i>Aotus azarae</i>) in the Argentinean Chaco. The analyses quantify the degre of syncrhonization between the adult female and adult male within groups, as well as inter-group syncrhonization based on simultaneous focal observations of five groups. The script includes data cleaning and can be adapted for similar behavioral syncrhonization analyses in other primate species.
