Whole Exome Sequencing of paired diagnosis and relapse specimens from acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients treated with venetoclax plus azacitidine

To understand clonal dynamics during relapse response to the venetoclax plus azacitidine therapy in AML, we sorted immunophenotypically primitive and monocytic subpopulations at diagnosis, and the dominant monocytic subpopulation at relapse, and subjected them to Whole Exome Sequencing analysis.
