This dataset documents the 2016 grassland rodent infestation situation in China. It collects statistics on the rodent-infested area in 13 provinces and autonomous regions nationwide, as well as two relevant proportions: the ratio of the infested area to the total grassland area of each respective province or autonomous region, and the ratio of the infested area to the total national grassland rodent-infested area.
