Menicke et. al 2025 Plant Community Analysis and Data

For the manuscript titled Burn Severity and Plant Species Recovery Two Decades Post-Fire in Mesic, Mixed-Conifer Forests of Northwestern Montana" by Menicke et. al 2025. This record contains all the code, in the form of a R Markdown file, and data (Excel Files) used in the Plant Community GLM Analysis section of the manuscript. NBR and dNBR values for the dataset "Extracted_NBR_Robert_Changed" were derived from Landsat images processed in Google Earth Engine. All other Excel spreadsheets were downloaded from the FEAT/FIREMON Integrated repository (USDA).
