The training set and test set data of PSO-LM-Elman neural network

The regulating valve training set and test set data were gained from the results of H. Zhu regulating valve dynamic performance test. The regulating valve opening range is 10%-100%, and the step length is 10%. The pressure drop control range is 20-260 kPa, and the pressure drop step is 20 kPa. The flow rate range is 0.3-2.9 m^3⁄h.本调节阀（regulating valve）训练集与测试集数据来源于H. Zhu开展的调节阀动态性能测试结果。调节阀开度范围为10%~100%，开度步长为10%。压降控制范围为20~260 kPa，压降步长为20 kPa。流量范围为0.3~2.9 m³/h。
