scRNA-seq of T cells isolated from mouse skin treated with SspA and HDM

Treatment of mouse skin with the staphylococcal protease SspA and house dust mite extract (HDM) results in dermatitis. Using a 10x Genomics scRNA-seq platform, we analyzed T cells isolated from inflamed skin after treatment with epicutaneous SspA and HDM. Overall design: T cells isolated from the mouse skin 7 days after SspA and HDM treatment were subjected to fluorescence-activated cell sorting and scRNA-seq.
