资源简介：
Full dataset of the 176 SNPs analyzed in current study (Plink software format). GDM sample consisted in 750 samples (408 cases and 342 controls), recruited in Mexico City. All of them are Mexican pregnant women of 18 years or older. Exclusion criteria included previous medical diagnosis of T2D or any type of DM, as well as any metabolic disease. After written voluntary consent to participate, patients were diagnosed following the criteria proposed by Carpenter and Coustan (1982).
