Yeast cultures of BEP/cat8Δ, BEP/cat8Δ/DAS1/TAL2, and BEP/cat8Δ/DAS1/TAL2/107/2-DG/BrPA (A107) strains were sequenced to identify single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and structural variations. Genomic DNA was extracted, sequenced using Illumina NovaSeq 6000, and analyzed using bwa, Snippy, and Qualimap tools to provide a high-quality genome assembly and coverage depth.
