资源简介:
In order to investigate the physiological and biochemical characteristics and molecular mechanisms during the leaf colour change of Acer rubrum L, this study used Acer rubrum L. 'Autumn Blaze' cuttings as material and analysed the transcriptome and miRNAs of Acer rubrum L leaves under different light and temperature treatments. The transcriptome and miRNAs of Acer rubrum L leaves were analysed under different light and temperature treatments, and miRNA-mRNA association analysis was performed for the differentially expressed mRNAs and miRNAs. We then performed gene expression profiling using data from fifteen sets of material from the CC, CL, Control, LC, and LL periods obtained by RNA-seq. We treated Acer rubrum L. 'Autumn Blaze' cuttings with different light and temperature treatments: CC. 100 % full light, 30°C/20°C day/night; LC. 100 % full light, 15°C/5°C day/night; CL. 40 % low light, 30°C/20°C day/night; LL. 40 % low light, 15°C/5°C day/night. 30 °C/20 °C day/night; LL. 40 % low light, 15 °C/5 °C day/night. Leaf samples from day 0 and day 14 were then taken for transcriptome and miRNA sequencing for gene expression profiling, respectively.(CC,LC,CL,LL,control)
