JTWC热带气旋最佳路径数据集是联合台风警报中心（Joint Typhoon Warning Center，JTWC）所提供1945-2012年西北太平洋(含南海, 赤道以北, 东经180°以西) 海域热带气旋每6小时的位置和强度, 按年份及台风号分别放在单独的文本文件中, 以后将逐年增加。
JTWC Tropical Cyclone Best Track Dataset is provided by the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC). It contains 6-hourly position and intensity data of tropical cyclones over the Northwestern Pacific Ocean (including the South China Sea, the area north of the equator and west of 180° longitude) from 1945 to 2012. The data are stored in separate text files sorted by year and typhoon number, and will be updated annually in the future.
