40 K SNP data of 506 mud crabs

A total of 508 mud crabs were genotyped using the "Xiexin No. 1" 40 K SNP array that contains probes for 40,352 core SNPs. To obtain the high-quality genotype data, SNPs were filtered using PLINK software (v 1.9) with the following criteria: SNPs with MAF lower than 0.05 or more than 10% missing genotypes were excluded, and samples with call rate lower than 90% were removed. The remaining missing genotypes were imputed using Beagle (v 5.4) default. Finally, a total of 32,621 SNPs and 506 samples remained for genomic selection analysis.
