Performance Evaluation System for Blockchain-Based Food Supply Chain Traceability Service Platforms(data)

AHP data: This study invited 29 experts, among whom the majority (68.97%) "are relatively familiar with the platform, knowing its basic functions and main advantages". 86.21% of them are from enterprises, and the needs and practical experience of enterprises have a significant impact on the development direction of the platform. The relative importance of each evaluation index at each level was scored through pairwise comparison using the 1-9 scale method. FCE data: Evaluation data were obtained using the expert evaluation method. In terms of expert selection, the research team chose 24 enterprise-related personnel with practical experience in using blockchain platforms and long-term focus on food supply chain issues, as well as 1 research-oriented researcher who is familiar with the operation mechanism and ecological structure of blockchain-based food traceability platforms. The research questionnaire adopted a combination of guided reading and scoring evaluation.
