Share of low-emission vehicles in fleet renewal for the Occitanie Region in 2023 In order to constitute a national monitoring of vehicle fleet renewals by public and private actors subject to the obligations to incorporate low-emission vehicles in these renewals provided for by the law of 24 December 2019 on mobility guidance, open and accessible to all, the persons referred to in Articles L. 224-7 to L. 224-10 of the Environment Code must, by 30 September of each year, publish on the data.gouv.fr platform the static data relating to the fleet renewals carried out the previous year in accordance with the provisions of the amended Order of 29 December 2020
