This dataset contains building permits for addresses within the City of Waterloo that are 'Issued', 'Complete' , or 'Occupancy Final'. This information is recorded by City of Waterloo Building Standards staff as part of the Building Bylaw 2012-100. Data pertaining to location, work, construction value, units, bedrooms, etc. has been published as part of this dataset. This information is associated with the address point and will appear within the assessed parcel and/or building footprint to which they apply. Updates to this dataset are published daily.
