Dataset of the publication Interaction between Formation Protocol and Electrolyte Composition during Solid-Electrolyte Interphase Formation: A Model-Supported Investigation published in Journal in Year by Schomburg et al. In the study, an electrolyte and formation variation was conducted using three-electrode cells at 40°C: 4 electrolytes (1M LiPF6 in EC:DEC (1:1, by wt.)+2VC%, 1M LiPF6 in EC:EMC (3:7, by wt.)+2VC%, 1M LiPF6 in EC:DMC (1:1, by wt.)+2VC%, 1M LiPF6 in EC:EMC:DMC (3:2:5, by wt.)+2VC%) were formed with two formation protocols and subsequently electrochemically characterized.
