Bacillus paralicheniformis strain:TB197 Genome sequencing

Whole-genome sequence of Bacillus paralicheniformis TB197, isolated from rhizospheric soil of desert plants in the Altar Desert, Sonora, Mexico. This strain was sequenced to explore its genetic potential for antibiotic biosynthesis, stress tolerance, enzymatic activity, and plant growth promotion. The genomic data will support future agriculture, bioremediation, and industrial biotechnology applications. This is the first complete genome characterization of strain TB197.
