WGS of MRSA strain: AUW4B from burn unit hospital patients in Bangladesh

Whole genome sequencing of MRSA (AUW4B), previously isolated from a burn unit hospitalized patient, in Bangladesh, is a part of the study to understand the molecular epidemiology of MRSA and to design MRSA infection control measures in hospitals and communities.
