RNA-sequencing profiling of mRNAs in A549 cells with TIF1γ overexpression or TAF15 knockdown

To investigate the target gene regulated by TIF1γ and TAF15, we established stable TIF1γ-overexpressing and TAF15-silencing A549 cells separately, and total RNA was extracted and subjected to RNA sequencing analysis. Following that, differentially expressed genes were employed for further investigation. The stable TIF1γ-overexpressing and TAF15-silencing A549 cells were established by the lentiviral system containing TIF1γ stable expression vector (TIF1γ) or the shRNA expression vector for decreasing TAF15 expression (sh-TAF15). The cells infected with corresponding empty vectors were used as a negative control (vector, sh-NC). Three biological replicates were included in each group.
