RNA-seq data of wild-type and mutant zebrafish (Danio rerio) brain and bone tissues

This dataset contains the processed RNA-seq data from a study of wild-type and mutant zebrafish (Danio rerio) brain and bone tissues. A total of 12 samples were analysed: two tissues (brain and bone) and two genotypes (wild-type and mutant), with three biological replicates per group. IMPORTANT NOTE: RNA sequencing was carried out by Shanghai Personalbio Technology Co., Ltd. (project TR202409161015Q2I1, completed 2024/09/16).
