This dataset contains atmospheric circulation and temperature data derived from pacing numerical experiments. The global atmospheric model CAM5 is forced by observed sea surface temperature (SST) over the tropical Atlantic Ocean during these experiments. Specifically, CAM5 is configured with fixed SST over the tropical Atlantic for simulations. Key variables including zonal (U) and meridional (V) atmospheric wind fields are extracted from the CAM5 simulation outputs, followed by statistical diagnostic analyses on the simulation data to obtain the final results.
