Predicting Phenotypic Traits Using Conglomerate RNA-seq Datasets -- Datasets

Phenotype Annotations and Corresponding Gene Expression Matrices created for the paper Hadish et al. [REF]. Raw Phenotypic Annotations were downloaded and processed from NCBI BioProject and raw RNA-seq data was downloaded from NCBI SRA. All annotations are contained within a single file for either Tissue or Age. Gene expression matrices are for each of the 12 species used in this project in their unproccessed form.
